Mr. Lau Kai Hung Allen has more than 20 years’ experience in serving listed public companies and multinational corporations operating in Hong Kong and the Mainland China. Allen has been providing auditing and assurance services, and assisting growing companies seeking floatation on stock exchanges in Hong Kong and in the United States of America. His representative clients include SouthGobi Resources, China Gold International, Vipshop, CNinsure, Melco Crown Entertainment, Actions Semiconductor, Capital Environmental Energy, etc.
Mr. Lau graduated with Honors from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and graduated with Honors from the University of London, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Information System. Also, he graduated with Distinction from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with a Master Degree in Corporate Finance.
Mr. Lau is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (Australia); Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
