Webinar - Sustainable Marketing - No longer just a “green” word, but a strategic mindset
CPD Hours: 1
Sustainable marketing is a thread of the larger fabric of sustainable community development that meets the desires of the today without conceding the capability of future generations to meet their own needs.
This session assesses the role of marketing by examining how firms create value, condense risk and shape sustainable thinking and processes into their marketing activities and strategies as they respond to opportunities and threats that result from social, economic and environmental change, and changing consumers attitudes and behaviour. Sustainable marketing requires a rethink of the conventions that underlie traditional marketing practices and therefore presents a new paradigm through an all-inclusive consolidative approach that puts identical emphasis on environmental, social equity and economic/financial concerns in the development of marketing approaches and manoeuvres.
